8. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect details, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery at their expense.

  • If the customer does not respond within 14 days, the order may be cancelled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
