Delivery Information

Dispatch Time
All orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via DPD with tracking, and packages are delivered without a signature. If you prefer a delivery method that requires a signature, such as UPS Extra, please contact us before choosing this option, as an additional cost will apply.

Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees include both the handling and packing fees, as well as the postage costs. Please note that handling fees are fixed, while transportation fees may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. To minimize shipping costs, we recommend grouping your items into a single order. Unfortunately, we cannot combine two separate orders into one shipment, and each order will incur individual shipping charges.

Package Safety and Protection
We take great care to ensure that your items are packaged securely for safe delivery. Special care is taken to protect fragile items, and we use appropriately sized boxes to ensure that all products are well-protected during transit. While packages are dispatched at the customer’s own risk, we prioritize the safe handling and protection of all goods.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link so that you can follow the progress of your shipment online. This allows you to stay updated on your package’s delivery status and expected arrival time.

Shipping Risk
Please be aware that while we do everything to ensure your package is safely delivered, the shipment is sent at your own risk once it leaves our facility. However, we guarantee that all necessary precautions are taken to minimize any potential risks during transit.
